Royal Society of SA Announces new Fellows for 2017

At an Ordinary Meeting of the Royal Society of SA in Cape Town yesterday evening, 22nd November 2017, the results of the Fellowship Ballot were announced and recorded.

The Society is proud to welcome the following to the Fellowship :

 

Graham Ian Holme Kerley, Distinguished Professor of Zoology, Centre for African Conservation Ecology at Nelson Mandela University.

 

 

Andrew Edward Mckechnie, Professor and Head of Department of Zoology and Entomology at the  University of Pretoria.

 

 

Ebrahim Momoniat, Dean of Science, Professor of Computational Science & Applied Mathematics at the University of the Witwatersrand.

 

 

Kathryn  Helen Myburgh, Distinguished Professor, Department of Physiological Sciences at Stellenbosch University.

 

 

Grae Worster, Professor of Fluid Dynamics, Institute  of Theoretical Geophysics, Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at Cambridge.
